Winter Sun

Back in Sydney briefly... A day with my sister before heading overseas for two weeks, we enjoyed Sydney's winter sun and a treat at Lindt Chocolate Café in Darling Harbour. As I have been traveling so much this year its nice to be home and appreciate Sydney's beauty.

Fashion Weekend

It's almost that time of year again where all my favourite Australian brands come to the Royal Hall of Industries in Sydney for Fashion Weekend.

A star of Australian fashion celebrates his 10th anniversary show at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week with a runway showing of the new Spring/ Summer collection. Jayson Brunsdon's collection played with silhouettes giving shapely sophistication to the elegance of the brand. Black, white and silver brought together the collection with hints of colour. The final look, showcased a classic white train which appeared to be mimicing water falling, fluidly to the floor.

It was so exciting to be back at Fashion Week for Day 2 of an absolute concentration of fashion lust. The collections, the people, their style and the excitement of the runway shows. I'm so grateful to be here again this year and will never get tired of attending fashion week.

Yesterday was day one of Mercedes Benz Australian Fashion Week in Sydney. The early adopters of fashion and its trends were sporting their best looks, perfectly polished for the attendence of a runway show. I spoted metallic silver gleaming across the hub at Carriageworks. Shoes, skirts and jackets... Silver was one of the new hues of the season.
